Our first steps will be considering all of the key business decisions that must be made in order to form and launch your new recruiting business. These steps all have long-range ramifications so they must be very carefully thought through at the outset. 

Some of the initial startup steps we will be addressing are:

  • Your business name (it must work from a marketing and keyword perspective)
  • Considering possible industry niches
  • Your website domain name and website hosting plan
  • Your email marketing domain
  • Setting up your formal LLC business entity
  • Choosing your basic day-to-day business tools and software suites


Marketing Strategy

No matter what business you are in, you are in the marketing business!

Marketing is the heartbeat of your business. The marketing of your business will never stop. You will be marketing every hour of every day. Does that sound exhausting? Don’t worry… we’ll automate most of that so that your business is still marketing itself even while you sleep!

When starting any kind of business it is so easy to stuck in the “startup busywork”; we won’t let that happen. In your first week we will be installing your marketing elements, beginning outreach and talking to potential clients! It is important to just jump in and start working out the bugs as we go along. Taking action is always the most essential element.

To this end we will also be choosing and installing marketing automation software to automate much of the business development sourcing and high-volume candidate outreach aspects.

What is the scope of your personal coaching?

It depends. It depends on you, what you need and what stage of business you are in. 

There are standard coaching packages for those just beginning and starting up their own recruiting business, and more customized coaching for existing recruiters or agency businesses who need some targeted business strategies or troubleshooting. Is there a set program that we follow?

While I teach from a particular “framework” that teaches business development, client acquisition, lead and candidate generation, as well as some particular business automation principles, everything will be highly customized to YOU.
